China Karting Championship (CKC) and China Youth Karting Championship is sponsored by the China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation (CAMF), exclusively promoted and operated by Shanghai Lisheng Racing Culture Co., Ltd., and included in the annual national championship. The sports competition program is the highest-level karting event in China. Known by the industry as the cradle for training professional racers for Chinese motorsports, CKC has successfully held 20 sessions since its establishment in 1997.
As the basis of motorsports, karting is popular with professional drivers and motorsport enthusiasts. It is no exaggeration to say that the top drivers in the fastest camps at home and abroad all start from karts. And CKC has also played a great role in promoting China's karting and has trained batches of outstanding Chinese racers, becoming the backbone of Chinese motorsports and active in major venues at home and abroad.
The CKC China Karting Championship adopts the points system for the selection of sub-stations, and the sub-stations are located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Sichuan. Wherever it goes, CKC not only brings passion and glory to kart racers and fans but also becomes a grand festival of local kart sports during the competition.
According to the age group, weight and other indicators, the competition is set up as follows: N7 Open Group/Newcomer Group, N12 Open Group/Newcomer Group, N14 Open Group/Newcomer Group, N35 Group. In terms of the competition process, CKC has 7 sessions of free practice, 1 session of qualifying, 1 session of preliminaries, and 1 session of finals; trophies include champion, runner-up, and third runner-up in each category, and the fastest lap on SPEEDLINE.
The SPEEDLINE Fastest Lap Award rewards the fastest lap in each race. Undoubtedly, this is a classic case of the combination of SPEEDLINE as an excellent brand and event promotion. As we all know, the United Kingdom is the earliest and most mature country in the development of motorsports. This makes SPEEDLINE, which was born in the United Kingdom, have a deeper understanding of motorsports and more enthusiastic about the spread of racing culture.
